Conical Strainer / Filter

Welded design, Strainer / Filter with Mesh, Install between Standard Flange According to – 150# to Higher

Activeline Conical / Temporary Strainers are designed for temporary or short periods of operation, for example, during commissioning and initial start up periods of new or reconditioned process lines to remove any course debris such as rags, welding rods, pipe scale, rust etc, accidentally or unavoidably present within a system. After a nominal period of operation they are usually replaced with a permanent strainer of a finer retention

Applications

Based designed for remove foreign matter from pipe lines and provides protection for pumps, meters, valves, and other similar mechanical equipment

Design Features

  • Protection pipe systems, Clean liquid, Viscous and Gaseous Media
  • temporary protection during commissioning of industrial plants
  • permanent protection downstream valves and pipes
  • long life time and low pressure lost
  • incident flow from inside to outside
  • customized overall length and mesh size

Optional

Incident flow from outside to inside, individual design / perforated sheets, material thickness
